Due to continued heavy snowfall, the afternoon tour has been canceled.
If you have a reservation and would like to reschedule to a tour on the following day, please contact us by email.

1. No pick up service. Please arrive at the meeting point on your own. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled gathering time.

2. There are no restrooms at the meeting point or during the tour. Please make sure to use the restroom before arrival.

3. The following items are available for purchase or rental. Please prepare cash in advance if needed:
Waterproof phone pouch (for sale): 1,000 JPY each
Waterproof camera bag (for rent): 500 JPY each
