Tour Cancellation Notice

Due to the heaviest snowfall in 23 years in the Shiretoko Utoro area, along with the decrease in drift ice, we have determined that it is not possible to safely operate our regular Drift Ice Walk tours.

Therefore, all tours scheduled from March 15 to March 20 will be canceled. This also marks the end of our Drift Ice Walk tours for this season.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Regarding cancellations and refunds, our reservation staff will process them sequentially.
No additional action is required from customers with existing reservations.

Please note that the refund processing time varies depending on the policies of each bank or credit card company.
For details regarding refund dates or credit card processing, we kindly ask that you contact your card company directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide further information regarding these matters.
