LANTOKO will start accepting reservations on November 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM Japan time (11:00 AM Taiwan time).

Please refer to the Tour details and Access pages on our official website for details about departure times, participation requirements, meeting locations, and parking areas.

To make a reservation, please visit our official website and click the little fox icon at the bottom right corner of the homepage!

※ For travel agencies or group bookings, additional time slots and spaces are available. Please contact us directly by email for further arrangements. Thank you.

Proxy reservations made by anyone other than the actual participant are strictly prohibited.
If a proxy reservation is found, the participant’s eligibility will be immediately canceled and no refund will be issued.

Please have the following information ready to ensure a smooth reservation process on the day:

① Name and contact information of the representative person
② Name of the hotel where you will stay the night before
③ Name, gender, age, height, and weight (kg) of all participants
④ Name, relationship, and contact information (phone or email) of an emergency contact person
⑤ A valid credit card for payment (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, etc. If the credit card payment fails, your reservation will not be completed and your spot will not be held. Please make sure that the credit card you plan to use is enabled for overseas transactions.)
※ Each reservation can include up to 8 participants. If your group has more than 8 people, please make multiple separate reservations.

[Attention!]
Once the reservation application is submitted, your payment will be charged immediately.
If the system detects incomplete information, participants who do not meet the participation requirements, or any discrepancies in the submitted data, your reservation may be automatically canceled. In such cases, a total of 5% (reservation and system handling fees) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Please make sure all reservation details are correct before submitting your application.

If it is discovered on the day of the activity that false information was provided regarding age, height, or weight, or if the guide determines that a participant is physically unable to complete the course on foot, participation will not be permitted and no refund will be issued.
