Due to strong winds and poor ice conditions, the morning tour has been cancelled. As all upcoming tours are fully booked, we are unable to reschedule to a different time slot.
The reservation staff will process cancellations and refunds in order within today (a 5% system and credit card processing fee will be automatically deducted). Please wait for the system email notification.

※ Please note: Today’s weather and ice conditions are not good. The roads and ice surface are very slippery. Guests who have registered are advised to check the photos provided below this post and assess the conditions carefully.

1. No pick up service. Please arrive at the meeting point on your own. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled gathering time.

2. There are no restrooms at the meeting point or during the tour. Please make sure to use the restroom before arrival.

3. The following items are available for purchase or rental. Please prepare cash in advance if needed:
Waterproof phone pouch (for sale): 1,000 JPY each
Waterproof camera bag (for rent): 500 JPY each
