Due to the drift ice not yet reaching the shore, the Drift Ice Walk tour cannot proceed as scheduled. LANTOKO has decided to cancel the tours on February 1 and February 2.
The administrators will process cancellations and refunds within five days. However, it may take approximately 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. For debit cards, the process may take up to 60 days, depending on each bank’s processing speed. If you have any questions regarding the refunded amount, please contact your card-issuing bank.
There will be no alternative plans for February 1 and February 2. The team is still discussing alternative arrangements for February 3 and beyond, so please stay tuned for updates on our official website.
