Before booking a tour, you must read through the entire FAQ section before doing so.
* To prevent water from going into the dry suit, the neck area is rather tight, so please don’t wear hoodies or turtlenecks.
* Please do not wear long-haired fleece or down jackets, as they may cause inconvenience or be damaged while you put on the dry suit.
* Please wear trousers. Do not wear skirts, short-sleeved tops, or shorts.
* We do not offer a service to take photos using our photography equipments. Our guides may use your phone or camera to take pictures for you during the tour if available.
* Waterproof phone cases (1,000 yen each) are available for purchase at our meeting point. Please bring cash if you wish to buy one.
During the tour, if any item falls into the water or is lost or damaged, we are not liable and will not pay any compensation. In low-temperature environments, the battery life of electronic devices drop rapidly, and , it is recommended that you prepare hotpacks to keep your electronic devices warm to ensure there’s no problems when taking pictures.* Depending on ice conditions, we may ask tour participants to not bring electronic devices to ensure their safety. We appreciate your understanding.
*You can only join the waiting list once a time slot is fully booked. For example, if only one spot is left, we recommend making one reservation and placing others on the waiting list. However, there is still a possibility that others may not successfully move up from the waiting list. Alternatively, you can choose to book another time slot to ensure everyone can participate.
