Passengers who wish to join an alternative itinerary, please arrive at the meeting point (next to Maruko suisan) within the scheduled meeting time. If you have reserved the drift ice walk but do not want to participate in the alternative tour, you do not need to come to the store! No additional procedures are required.The administrator will process the cancellation and refund within 5 days.

・This tour does not include viewing or walking on drift ice, as there is no drift ice at the moment.
・This tour is only available for travelers who do not have an alternative tour option. If you are only interested in the Drift Ice Walk, please do not join.
・If you wish to participate in the alternative tour, please visit the shop according to the information in your reservation confirmation email. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.
・If the weather conditions are poor on the day of the tour, the alternative tour will also be canceled. Please check the official website for updates before visiting.

✔ Fee:
¥4,000 yen per person. Please pay in cash at check-in on the day of the tour (credit cards and electronic payments are not accepted).

※ Cancellation & Refund Processing:
If you have any questions regarding credit card refunds, please contact your card-issuing bank.Refunds will be processed within 5 days, but it may take 7 to 10 business days for the amount to be credited.For debit card transactions, it may take up to 60 days, depending on the bank’s processing speed.
