✔ Alternative Tour: [Let’s Wear a Dry Suit and Play in the Snow by the Sea!]
✔ Tour Details:
Participants will wear a dry suit to fully enjoy playing in the snow and even walk into the sea without worrying about getting their clothes wet. Photos and videos can be taken throughout the experience.
Important Notices:
・This tour does not include viewing or walking on drift ice, as there is no drift ice at the moment.
・This tour is only available for travelers who do not have an alternative tour option. If you are only interested in the Drift Ice Walk, please do not join.
・If you wish to participate in the alternative tour, please visit the shop according to the information in your reservation confirmation email. For example, if your tour is scheduled for 8:30, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.
・If the weather conditions are poor on the day of the tour, the alternative tour will also be canceled. Please check the official website for updates before visiting.
✔ Fee:
¥4,000 yen per person. Please pay in cash at check-in on the day of the tour (credit cards and electronic payments are not accepted).
✔ Meeting Point & Time:
Same as the Drift Ice Walking Tour. Please refer to your reservation confirmation email or the official website for details.
✔ Items to Bring:
No additional items are required for the alternative tour.
※ Cancellation & Refund Processing:
If you have any questions regarding credit card refunds, please contact your card-issuing bank.Refunds will be processed within 5 days, but it may take 7 to 10 business days for the amount to be credited.For debit card transactions, it may take up to 60 days, depending on the bank’s processing speed.
