Due to the drift ice not yet reaching the shore, LANTOKO has decided to suspend the tour until February 17th. Passengers who have made reservations will receive a full refund, with the system handling fees covered by LANTOKO. The reserver does not need to take any further action. The official website reservation page will be closed and new reservations will be stopped.
※ Cancellation & Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 5 days, but it may take 7 to 10 business days for the amount to be credited.For debit card transactions, it may take up to 60 days, depending on the bank’s processing speed.If you have any questions regarding credit card refunds, please contact your card-issuing bank.

The drift ice walking tours after Feb 18th will depend on the actual drift ice conditions. The final decision on whether the tour will proceed will be announced on the morning of the scheduled day.

✔ Alternative Tour: “Wear a Dry Suit & Have Fun in the Snow by the Sea!”
✔ Tour Details: Enjoy playing in the snow while wearing a Dry suit, and even jump into the sea without worrying about getting wet! We also prepared various props such as sleds. You are welcome to take photos and videos throughout the experience. The tour lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
✔ Fee: ¥4,000 per person (Please pay in cash upon check-in. Credit cards and electronic payments are not accepted.)
✔ Meeting Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time for check-in!

-This tour does not include viewing drift ice or walking on it. It is only available for travelers who do not have any alternative tours. Please do not join if you are only interested in the drift ice walk.
-If the weather is bad on the day of the tour, the alternative tour will also be canceled. Please make sure to check the “News” page for updates before coming to the meeting point!
-Reserved travelers can change their session freely and check in at their preferred gathering time. (For example, if you originally booked a Temporary session but prefer the afternoon session, you can simply check in at the afternoon meeting time.)
-No appointment needed! Even if you couldn’t secure a reservation but still want to join, you are more than welcome to participate! For travelers who have booked the Drift Ice Walk but do not wish to join the alternative tour, there is no need to come to the meeting point or complete any additional procedures.
-Information about the alternative tour will be announced on the official website under “News” by 15:00 PM the day before. Please stay updated.
-There is no restroom in the meeting point, so please use the facilities beforehand!
